摘要
目的通过对不同建设项目施工设计预防性卫生审核文书质量比较分析,为以后建设项目施工设计预防性卫生审核提供对策建议。方法在对上海市某区2006～2008年所有施工设计卫生审核文书进行评阅的基础上,运用多样本的方差分析进行统计检验。结果工业项目施工设计预防性卫生审核文书质量均低于住宅项目、工业厂房(仓库)和其他项目;工业项目施工设计预防性卫生审核中应着重加强"许可程序合法有效"和"审核内容全面合法"的审核。结论对不同项目施工设计预防性卫生审核文书的质量不完全相同。
Objective：To propose the proper countermeasures for the quality control in future through the comparative analysis of preventive health supervision on different types of construction projects.Methods：The multiple analysis of variance was used for statistical test on the basis of evaluation of the construction projects data from 2006 to 2008.Results：The quality of the preventive health supervision for industry is lower than that of common workshops warehouses,residential and other projects;the quality of ＂Completion of Instrument Materials＂ and ＂Instrument Manufacturing Practices＂ need to be improved.The supervision of ensuring the legality of licensing procedure and auditing content for industry projects should be emphasized.Conclusions：The qualities of health auditing document are not the same in construction and design.
