摘要
通过对郑州市37年的降雨资料分析,得出郑州市降水基本呈现夏季降水大且暴雨集中的特点。结合郑州的地形特点及城市建设状况,分析了郑州市洪涝灾害的成因。把气象预报方法和水文学原理结合起来,利用地理信息系统进行资料的处理,建立模型对暴雨造成的洪涝进行模拟。最后对2009年6月27日的一次暴雨过程进行验证,取得了良好的效果,说明该模型能够为郑州市城市减灾防灾服务。
By analyzing 37 years’ rainfall data, the characters of rainfall in Zhengzhou City were educed. The combination of topographical features and the urban construction conditions was used to analyze the reason of waterlogging in Zhengzhou City. The meteorological forecasting methods and hydrology were combined for the model. Geographic Information Systems was used to process the data. The model was built for simulation of flooding caused by heavy rains. At last, the waterlogging on June 27, 2009 was simulated effectively with the system. The results showed that the system can satisfy meteorological early warning and serve for urban disaster reduction.
