摘要
[目的]检测笼养滇南亚种原鸡血液生化指标,为其人工饲养繁殖、健康状况检测以及经济开发等提供科学的参考数据和理论依据。[方法]以不同原产地的雄性笼养滇南亚种原鸡为研究对象,采用常规方法对其早、中、晚3个时段的血清总蛋白、白蛋白、总胆固醇、葡萄糖、谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶的含量和活性进行测定与分析。[结果]笼养滇南亚种原鸡血液血清总蛋白和葡萄糖含量各时段差异不显著(P>0.05);白蛋白含量中午时段显著高于早、晚各时段(P<0.05);胆固醇含量早上时段较低;谷草转氨酶与谷丙转氨酶活性以早上时段最高;不同原产地鸡的部分血清生化指标存在显著差异(P<0.05)。[结论]笼养滇南亚种原鸡肝脏功能活性较强,心血管系统发达,糖代谢水平维持在较高水平,脂肪沉积较少。
[Objective] The aim of study was to detect the blood biochemical indices of the captive Gallus gallus spadiceus and provide scientific reference and theoretical basis for its breeding,health testing and economic development.[Method] With different origin male captive Gallus gallus spadiceus as research objects,the contents and activities of serum total proteins,albumin,total cholesterol and glucose as well as aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase in blood were detected by conventional methods in three different time period of morning,midday and evening.[Result] Both content of serum total protein and that of glucose had no significant difference in each period of time（P〉0.05）.The content of albumin in midday was significantly higher than that in morning and evening.The cholesterol content was lower in the morning,whereas the activities of aspartate aminotransferase and that of alanine aminotransferase were very strong in the morning.And there was significant difference in the serum biochemical indices of different origin of Gallus gallus spadiceus（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] The Gallus gallus spadiceus has strong activity of liver,developed cardiovascular system,high level of glucose metabolism and low fat deposition.
