摘要
[目的]探讨灵芝小试发酵的工艺条件,为灵芝的开发利用提供参考依据。[方法]采用硫酸-苯酚法,测定不同培养基、温度、菌种种龄、接种量和搅拌速度条件下灵芝多糖含量的变化。[结果]灵芝小试最佳发酵条件为:种龄72h,接种量为10%~15%,发酵温度28℃,搅拌转速350r/min,此时的灵芝多糖产量可达到0.27g/100ml。[结论]灵芝小试发酵工艺具有周期短,产量大和成本低等优点,具有很好的工业化前景。
[Objective] To investigate the process conditions of small scale fermentation and provide reference basis for the development and utilization of Ganoderma lucidum. [Method] The contents of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides were detected by the sulfuric acid-phenol method at different conditions of medium, temperature, seed age, inoculation amount and agitation speed. [Result] The optimal fermentation conditions of Ganoderma lucidum were as follows: seed age 72 h, inoculation amount 10%-15%, fermentation temperature 28 ℃, stirring speed 350 r/min, and the contents of polysaccharides reached 0.27 g/100 ml. [Conclusion] The small scale fermentation of Ganoderma lucidum has lots of advantages including short period, large output and low cost, and a good prospect for industrialization.
