摘要
针对虚拟企业的价值增值问题,立足虚拟企业的特点和价值增值过程,利用风险收益分析方法,构建了风险/收益模型,得到了影响虚拟企业收益大小的决定因素,提出从整体上和单位上优化价值链,提高企业竞争力。研究结论对优化虚拟企业价值链管理有借鉴意义。
In view of the problem of virtual enterprise＇s value increment,with the analysis method of risk income,the risk/income model is constructed and the determining factors are obtained which can affect the income of the virtual enterprise.It is proposed that we should optimize the value chain from the overall and the unit,which can enhance the power of the enterprise competitiveness.The conclusion of the research has reference significance for optimizing the management of hypothesized enterprise＇s value chain.
