摘要
针对钢铁公司经营业绩评价的现状,采用主成分分析与DEA相结合的方法,得到经济效益因子、财务管理因子、资产管理因子、公司成长因子、社会贡献因子五大影响经营业绩的关键因子,构建了钢铁上市公司经营绩效的评价体系。实践证明,该体系有利于企业深入分析和正确判断自身存在的差距,从而提高业绩水平。
In view of the present situation of the performance evaluation for the companies,this paper,with the method of principal component analysis and DEA method,found out that economic efficiency,financial management,asset management,growth of company and contribution to the society are the key factors which affect the performance of operation,and then constructed an evaluation index system of performance of listed steel companies.The practice proves that this system is good for company to analyze deeply and judge correctly the gap of their own and then increase the level of performance.
