摘要
[目的]研究喷施多效唑后对大花蕙兰花芽产量的影响,寻找最佳浓度。[方法]采用随机区组设计,试验数据经方差分析。[结果]大花蕙兰经多效唑喷施处理后,能大大提高单盆花的花箭产量,特别是多花箭的得到率明显得到提高。[结论]喷施浓度以500ml/L为优选。
[ Objective] Study after spraying paclobutrazol on flower bud yield of Cymbidium, looking for the optimum concentration. [ Meth- od] Using randomized block design, with classical differential analysis of experimental data. [ Results] Cymbidium spraying by paclobutrazol treatment, can greatly improve single-shot pot of flowers yield, especially more arrows get rate significantly improved.
