交感风暴与电解质紊乱 被引量:14

摘要 临床上各种原因所致的水电解质平衡失调均能影响心肌细胞的除极和复极过程,并易引发致死性心律失常而危及生命。若交感活性增高与电解质紊乱并存,将增加交感风暴的发生率。严重时如处置不及时,可危及患者生命。
