中枢性交感风暴(Niagara瀑布样T波) 被引量:7

摘要 中枢性交感风暴指各种疾病(脑血管意外、颅脑损伤等)引起交感神经过度兴奋,儿茶酚胺分泌过多,引起巨大T波倒置、QT间期延长等心电异常,并可反复出现快速性室性心律失常,即交感风暴。
