摘要
交通事故的信息成为推动最近丰田召回事件的最为关键的因素,汽车安全对中国百姓的安全息息相关。本文对中国与日本、美国、英国三个发达国家相关管理体制的对比,在交通事故信息搜集与汽车召回管理体系关系方面,发现了中国现有汽车召回和交通安全监管体系的问题,为完善中国的相关体系提出了建议。
Traffic accident information has become the most critical factors for promoting Toyota＇s recent recall. Vehicle safety is closely related to people safety in China. By comparing China with Japan, US and UK in the systems of traffic accident information collection and auto recall, this paper has presented problems of auto recall system and traffic safety supervision system in China, and proposed the suggestions for improving the relevant systems.
