摘要
目的:研究治疗蝮蛇咬伤的中医药外治断毒消肿、内治解毒排毒规范化方法和方药。方法:通过江西省卫生厅课题:九味消肿拔毒散外治蝮蛇咬伤临床和实验研究,国家中医药管理局课题:隔蒜艾灸治疗蝮蛇咬伤研究,国家中医药行业科研专项:蝮蛇咬伤中医药干预综合治疗方案研究等,进行文献研究、理论研究、实验研究、临床研究。结果:九味消肿拔毒散、隔蒜艾灸外治蝮蛇咬伤疗效优于对照组,717抗蝮蛇毒合剂内服有良好的抗毒疗效。结论:上述断毒消肿、解毒排毒疗法和方药,方法规范,便利推广。
Objective：To study the treatment of bited by agkistrodon halys （pallas） with Troditional Chinese Medicine through the exter- nal treatment of cuting off posion and detumescence and the internal treatment of detoxifying and arranging posion. Methods：Study the documents, theory, experiese and clinical by a series of research r^sult privious. Results：the treatment group with Jiuweixiaodubadusan and separelly garlic moxibustion is superior to the control group in the treatment externally bite by agkistrodon halys and there has a bet- ter effect with 717 resisting the agkistrodon halys＇ posion mixture taking in. Conclusion ：The methods of Cuting off Poison and Detumes- cence, Detoxifying and Arranging Posion is standard and is worth of extending. 717 resists the cobra-venom mixture has the ant^oxic fine curative effect for oral administration.
