摘要
宣肺利湿法是治疗湿邪为患的一个重要方法,因肺主一身之气,主通调水道,肺气调则一身之化通达,气化则湿邪自化。本文着重对吴鞠通应用宣肺化湿法进行总结与分析,分析其在三仁汤、宣痹汤、银翘马勃散、千金苇茎汤加滑石杏仁汤、小半夏加茯苓再加厚朴杏仁汤、三香汤、新加香薷饮、宣清导浊汤等方中对宣肺化湿法的应用,其中,杏仁为宣肺化湿之要药。
Dispersing lung Qi and eliminating dampness method is one important met.ho.d of curing disease cause by. dampness. Since lung dominate Qi over body,lung dominate regulation of water passage, the smoothness of lung Qi activity give rise to the well disperse of Qi over the body. So Qi disperse well make dampness disappear. This article summarizes and analyzes how Wu Jutong used dispersing lung Qi and eliminating dampness method. Wu created san ren tang,xuan bi tang,yin Qiao ma bo san,Qian jin wei jing tang jia hua shi xing ren tang, xiao ban xia jia fu ling zai jia hou pu xing ren tang, san xiang tang, xin jia xiang ru yin, xuan Qing dao zhuo tang etc base on dispersing lung Qi and eliminating dampness method in. Semen Armeniacae Amarum play an important role in dispersing lung Qi and eliminating dampness method.
