摘要
关于命门的部位、实质与功能问题,文献记载不一,历代医家各抒己见,众说纷纭。我们综考历代文献,认为命门问题虽很复杂,不外上、中、下三个部位、四个据点。上部的据点是两目中央的脑心,内在物质为元神之府的脑;中部的据点是心下,内在物质为心包络(心系、小心);下部分前后两个据点:后者为十四椎下,内在物质为两肾之间的肾系;前者为脐下二寸,内在物质为胞宫(精室)。这三个部位、四个据点,是相互联系、相互贯通的。而这种联贯,有的属于经脉,有的属于脏器。
The location,essence and funtion of Mingmen is difference in the document record which has been discussion on by past dy- nasties medicine and they insisted themselves opinion respectively. In this article, the author eollected and texted related document be- lieves that it contains three location of the upper, middle and lower and four strongpoint though complicated about the problem of Ming- men. The upper strongpoint is the brain of two eye authority heart and the inherent matter is the mansion brain of fu-viseera of mental activity. The middle section strongpoint is the under of heart and the inherent matter is perieadium（ heart system,little heart ）. The low- er part cantains two strongpoints of front and hinter of the body. The latter is under fourteen vertebrae and the inherent matter is the kid- ney system between two kidneys ;The former is two inches under navel and the inherent matter is womb（ essence chamber）. The three location and four strongpoint are getting in touch with mutually and linking up mutually and in the above unites some belong to channel and some belong to visceral organ
