摘要
研究了淬火工艺对原位TiCp/Fe复合材料组织和性能的影响,结果表明:原位自生TiCp/Fe材料经淬火处理后,不仅主要基体组织由片状珠光体转变为针状马氏体,而且析出细小的TiC颗粒;从而使得原位自生TiCp/Fe材料硬度大幅度提高,冲击韧性略有下降。
The influence of quenching process on the microstructure and properties of TiCp/Fe in -situ composite was investigated. The result showed that, after the TiCp/Fe in-situ autogenous composite having been quenched, not only its main matrix structure changed from flake pearlite to acicular martensite , and there was small TiC grains precipitating. As a result,the hardness of the TiCp/Fe in-situ autogenous composite increased largely, and the impact toughness decreased slightly.
