摘要
目的 研究新生儿颅脑损伤的CT表现,分析探讨损伤的机理和发病原因.方法 对100例资料完整、并经CT检查,有颅脑损伤的病例,进行CT与临床分析.结果 颅内出血48例,缺氧缺血性脑损伤94例,颅骨及头皮软组织损伤18例.结论 新生儿颅脑损伤的主要原因是窒息和产伤.CT检查能准确、迅速地明确诊断,为临床及时、有效的治疗提供可靠的依据.
Objective To study the CT manifestation of craniocerebral injury in new born and approach mechanism and reason of injury. Methods 100 cases of craniocerebral injury in new born were analysed with CT and clinical characters. Results Intracranial hemorrhage sign were 48 cases, ischemic and hypoxia craniocerebral injury sign 94 were cases ,skull and scalp soft tissues injury sign were 18 cases. Conclusion The main reason of craniocerebral injury in new born were suffocairon and birth injury CT examination could exactly quickly make diagnosises clear and provide reliable basis for clinical treatment.
