摘要
采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、C18等柱色谱方法对裸花紫珠Callicarpa nudiflora Hook.ex Arn.叶的正丁醇萃取部位进行分离纯化,分离得到13个化合物。通过1H NMR,13C NMR等波谱技术和化学反应鉴定化合物的结构。13个化合物分别为木犀草素(1),木犀草苷(2),芹菜素(3),5,7,4′-三羟基-3′-甲氧基黄酮(4),木犀草素-3′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5),芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6),Luteol-in-7-O-(6″-trans-caffeoyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),Luteolin-7-O-(6″-trans-cinnamo-yl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),arjunglucosideⅠ(9),Luteolin-7-O-(6″-p-coumaryl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(10),forsythosideB(11),isomartynoside(12),deacylisomartynoside(13)。其中,化合物11为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物4,7~10,12~13为首次从该植物属中分离得到。
From the n-butanol extract of the leaves of Callicarpa nudiflora, thirteen compounds were isolated by repeated column chromatography with silica gel,C18and Sephadex LH-20.Their structures were identified by spectroscopic (1H,13C NMR and so on) and chemical methods as luteolin (1),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyran-coside (2),apigenin (3),5,7,4′-trihydroxy-3′-methoxyflavone (4),luteolin-3′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6),luteolin-7-O-(6″-trans-caffeoyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (7),luteolin-7-O-(6″-trans-feruloyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (8),arjunglucoside I(9),luteolin-7-O-(6″-p-coumaryl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (10),forsythoside B (11),isomartynoside (12),deacylisomartynoside B (13).Among them,compound 11 was isolated from this plant for the first time and compounds 4,7-10,12-13 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
