摘要
目的 为了观察丙二醛(MDA)含量和CT改变对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的临床意义.方法 利用TBA比色法同步测定各患儿血浆和脑脊液中丙二醛含量,同时适时对各组患儿进行颅脑CT的平扫.结果HIE患儿急性期和恢复期MDA含量均显著高于正常儿,且病情越重MDA含量越高;同时发现HIE临床症状越重,CT所表现的脑实质损害也越重,重者多合并颅内出血.各组MDA含量和CT改变具有高度一致性.结论 本实验证明了MDA是反映脑实质损伤的重要指标,而且参与了脑损害过程,另外CT改变更客观地反映了HIE的轻重,测定MDA同时做脑CT对HIE的早期诊治和判断预后具有十分重要的意义.
ve To observe the clinical significance of the content change of MDA and CT in HIE newborn. Methods By means of TBA colorimetric method we synchronously examine the MDA contents in the blood and cerebrospinal fluid of different type of HIE. In the meantime, plate scan of cranium and brain with CT at proper times was done. Results The contents of MDA of HIE babies,either in acute stage or restoration stage were evidently higher than those of normal babies, the more serious the disease, the higher the content of MDA; at the same time, we find the more serious the HIE clinical symptoms, the more severe the brain injury in CT scan. A very bad brain injury often accompanies, the complication of intracranial hemorrhage. The change of contents of MDA and CT have very high uniformity. Conclusion An important index reflecting brain injury is MDA which took a part in damaging the brain. And CT changes can more objectively reflect the seriousness of HIE. Combined examination of the CT and the content of MDA had great significance in an early diagnosis, treatment and prevention of HIE.
