摘要
目的了解健康人群麻疹免疫状况,为到2012年消除麻疹提供科学的防治措施方法将吉安市健康人群分为﹤1岁、1～2岁、3～4岁、5～6岁、7～14岁、15～19岁、﹥20岁7个年龄组,每组随机抽样40人,共280人,采集血清,用ELISA法检测人群血清中麻疹IgG抗体水平。结果麻疹抗体阳性141例,抗体阳性率为50.36%,GMT为236.08。结论吉安市健康人群麻疹抗体水平不高,没有形成有效的保护屏障,存在发生麻疹流行和暴发的隐患,为了有效控制麻疹的暴发和流行,必须要加强麻疹疫苗的基础免疫和加强免疫工作,并有必要进行大规模的麻疹强化免疫活动。
Objective： To investigate the measles immune antibody level of healthy population in Jian and provide scientific prevention and treatment methods for elimination of measles by 2012. Methods： The healthy people in Jian were divided into 7 groups, included infant group, 1-2 years group, 3-4 years group, 5-6 years group ,7-14 years group, 15-19 years group, and 〉 20 years group, 40 people from every group was selected randomly, the serum was collected to measure the level of measles IgG antibody by the ELISA assay method. Results： The antibody tests of 141 cases was positive, the positive rate was 50.36%, GMT was 236.08. Conclusion： The measles antibody levels of healthy people in Jian was low, there was no effective protection barriers, there was the hidden danger of the outbreak of measles and epidemic. In order to effectively control the outbreak and spread of measles, the basic and booster immunization of measles vaccine must be strengthened.
