摘要
目的探讨局部用平滑机松弛药配合前列腺治疗仪治疗前列腺结石的有效性和安全性。方法从2003年4月-2008年7月治疗128例前列腺结石患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果128例患者，痊愈90例，有效33例，无效5例，总有效率94．5％。结论局部用平滑肌松弛药配合前列腺治疗仪治疗前列腺结石是一种安全有效的方法。
Objective To explore the partial relaxation with a smooth piane with prostate therapeutic apparatus to find a reasonble method of treatment, treatment of prostate stones efficacy and safety. Methods From April 2003 - 2008 years in July prostatic calculi treated 128 cases of clinical data were retrospecively analyzed. Results 128 patients,90 cases cured and effective rate 94.5%. Conclusion The machine relaxation of smooth topical drugs, with prostate treatment device, treatment of prostate tones is a safe and effective method.
