摘要
胃癌的科学、规范治疗是提高治疗效果的关键，本文根据国内外的最新进展和笔者的体会，对进展期胃癌的新辅助治疗、术前术中处理、手术方法、术后辅助治疗进行了论述，提出合理的综合治疗和科学的处理是提高胃癌患者长期生存率和生活质量的关键，免疫调节治疗对防止胃癌术后复发有一定的作用。
It is widely accepted that scientific and standard management is the key to the improvement of gastric cancer therapeutic effect. This paper, according to the latest progress and the author＇s experience, discussed neoadjuvant chemotherapy, preoperative and introperative management ,the ways of operation and postoperative adjuvant therapy for the advanced gastric cancer. Proposed that reasonable and comprehensive treatment is the key factor to long - term survival rate and the quality of life in gastric cancer patients. Immunotherapy plays a certain role in preventing the recurrence of gastric cancer after surgery.
