摘要
目的探讨藻酸盐填充料治疗妇产科术后切口脂肪液化的效果。方法将50例妇产科腹部手术术后切口脂肪液化的患者随机分为两组，治疗组采用藻酸盐填充料引流，对照组采用生理盐水纱条引流，观察伤口愈合时间和疼痛程度。结果所有患者切口全部治愈，治疗组引流时间和愈合时间均较对照组明显缩短（P〈0．05）。治疗组换药时疼痛程度明显轻于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论藻酸盐填充料治疗术后切口脂肪液化能有效的缩短切口愈合时间，减轻疼痛，疗效可靠。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of alginate dressing for fat liquefaction in department of gynaecology and obstettics. Methods The data of 50 patients with fat liquefaction in department of gynaecology and obstetrics were randomly divided into therapeutic group and control group, alginate dressing was used in therapeutic group, and normal sodium gauge stripe was applicated in control group. Pain degree and healing period of the patients in the two groups were observed and compared. Results All patients were cured. The draining time and healing period in therapeutic group were shorter than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with the control group, there was less pain in therapeutic group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Alginate dressing is a safe and effective option for the treatment of fat liquefaction in department of gynaecology and obstetrics.
