对体外受精-胚胎移植患者的随访及结果分析 被引量：7

Follow-up of patients undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation

摘要 目的分析体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者的随访结果,以为护理人员加强围生期保健提供依据。方法对3082例IVF-ET后妊娠的患者分别于术后14d、30d和45d进行随访,以检验妊娠结果,并进行心理辅导和健康教育。结果共获临床妊娠3082例,分娩2436例,获新生儿3146人。流产率16.2%,异位妊娠率3.4%,异位与宫内同时妊娠发生率0.6%,多胎妊娠率为34.4%;早产率17.7%,低体重儿率22.5%,畸形率1.8%,男/女性别比为1.16:1。结论辅助生殖技术治疗不增加自然流产率和新生儿的畸形率,多胎妊娠、异位妊娠和异位与宫内同时妊娠的发生率有所增加,护理人员加强对生殖医学技术的随访和评估对做好围生期及新生儿保健有着重要意义。
