阿奇霉素与头孢哌酮联合应用治疗儿童中重度肺炎的疗效 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨β-内酰胺类与大环内酯类抗生素联合应用治疗儿童中重度肺炎的合理性和有效性。方法 88例中重度肺炎患儿随机分为2组,治疗组用头孢哌酮联合阿奇霉素,对照组单用头孢哌酮。观察两组临床痊愈率和有效率。结果治疗组痊愈率66.67%,有效率95.83%,对照组痊愈率50.00%,有效率80.00%,两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论β-内酰胺类与大环内酯类抗生素联合应用会提高临床疗效,是合理和有效的。
