摘要
旋转导向钻井技术作为未来钻井的发展趋势已引起人们的广泛关注,而井下工程参数的随钻测量则是其中的重要组成部分。为此,介绍了工程参数测量仪的基本工作原理和在文星5井的实验情况,实验中取得了大量的井下近钻头处的钻压与扭矩数据,工程参数测量仪与现场工况非常吻合。从现场实验结果来看,该工具能够满足实际钻井的工况条件,并且可以清晰地得到近钻头工作情况,这为分析井下钻具的实际工作情况提供了非常直观的手段。
As the future development tendency, a technology of rotary steering drilling attracts more concerns. Measurement while drilling of downhole engineering parameter is an important part. In this paper, the basic principle of measurement instrument of engineering parameter is presented and the instrument has been applied to Wenxing 5 Well. A large amount of drilling pressure and torque data around bit has been obtained. And the instrument conforms to the field conditions. Results show that the instrument can meet the requirement of actual drilling. Moreover, around-bit working performance can be gained clearly. This provides an intuitive way to analyze the actual work of downhole drilling tools.
