南通市某中学高三学生SCL-90评定结果分析 被引量:3

摘要 方法:采用SCL-90进行问卷调查,受试者是来自南通市某中学的676名高三学生。结果:除人际关系敏感外,受试者各因子均值都高于全国青年组常模(P<0.001);与江苏省大学生SCL-90评定结果相比,受试者除强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、精神病性外,其他因子均值都较高(P<0.001);与全国中学生SCL-90评定结果相比,受试者在强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧、精神病性等因子上得分较低(P<0.05);男女高三学生各因子均值差异无统计学意义。结论:该中学高三学生整体上存在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐惧和偏执倾向,其中抑郁、焦虑、恐惧等症状不及全国中学生明显,男女学生心理健康状况相当。 Objective: This survey Was conducted to assess the mental health status of the grade-three senior high school students, in order to provide evidence for their teachers responsible for mental health service. Methods: The subjects were 676 grade-three senior high school students in a high school in Nantong city. They were surveyed with the Symptom Checklist-90-Revised (SCL-90-R). Results:All subscale scores in the subjects, except for the interpersonal sensitivity, were found to be higher than the Norm of Chinese Young Population(P〈0. 001 ). Subscale scores other than obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and psychosis, were observed to be higher in our subjects as compared to the SCL-90 assessment of Jiangsu college students(P〈0. 001 ). However, the subscale scores of obsessive-compulsive, depression, anxiety, phobic anxiety and psychosis were significantly lower in our subjects than the assessment of Chinese high school students( P〈0. 05 ). None of the subscale scores exhibited statistical significance between male and female senior high school students. Conclusion:Generally, the subjects showed tendency of somatization, depression, anxiety, anger-hostility, phobic anxiety and paranoid ideation, but the tendency of depression, anxiety and phobic anxiety was slighter than the average level of Chinese high school students. The mental health status was similar in male and female students.
