摘要
针对中原油田分支井侧钻普遍存在作业成本较高、钻井速度慢、施工周期长等问题,分析了影响分支井侧钻成功的因素,通过改进和完善柔性管分支井侧钻技术、开窗侧钻小井眼技术、悬空侧钻技术和小井眼固井技术等关键技术措施,成功地解决了分支水平井存在的一些技术难题,减少了井下事故和复杂情况的发生,缩短了施工周期。其中采用柔性管分支井侧钻技术后,其经济效益显著,胡19-9井由原来的不出油达到平均日产油10.4t;开窗侧钻小井眼技术的实施大大提高了油气层钻遇率;悬空侧钻技术的应用为油田后续开发提供了借鉴;小井眼固井技术的改进与完善,提高了侧钻井的固井技术水平和施工质量。
At present, some problems of high operation cost, low penetration rate and long working time exist in multilateral-well sidetrack drilling used for Zhongyuan oilfield. In this study, the influencing factors on successful multilateral-well sidetrack drilling are analyzed; and then the key technologies, including flexible pipe sidetrack drilling, window sidetrack drilling for slim hole, suspended sidetrack drilling and slime-hole cementing, are improved. As a result, not only downhole accidents and complex situations can be reduced but also the working time can be shortened. For flexible pipe sidetrack drilling, its economic effect is obvious-oil production of Hu 19-9 well reaches to 10.4 t/d from zero; for window sidetrack drilling for slim hole, its drilling ratio is increased a lot; for suspended sidetrack drilling, a better result has also been obtained; and for slime-hole cementing, its quality can be improved..
