摘要
"以病人为中心"理念适应了医患关系和谐发展的需要。针对当前对"以病人为中心"存在的一些误读,探讨了"以病人为中心"的服务理念与科学的制度设计紧密结合,注重从制度层面践行"以病人为中心"的理念。旨在唤醒医务人员的耻感意识,加强制度的约束效应,反思医疗体制的改革,完善医疗改革的配套制度,加强社会诚信文化的建设。
The concept of patient-centre satisfies the need of harmonious development in the doctor-patient relationship. We also have the wrong understanding about the concept. We should combine this concept with the system building, and emphasize in carrying out in system level： So, it is necessary to wake the shaming consciousness of the doctor, improve the system restricting effect, consider the reformation of the medical system, enrich the correlative system of the medical reformation and strengthen the construction of social honest culture.
