摘要
近年来,大学生参与集体活动的热情不断减少,集体意识逐渐淡化,而个人主义日益抬头。找到大学生"集体性"衰减的原因和对策,成为提升学生管理水平的一大任务。他们的集体意识是大学生成长成才的内在需求,是高校落实素质教育的重要举措,是培养社会团队精神的必然需求。
College students have been showing less and less passion in group activities recently with decreasing collective values and increasing individualism. To find the reasons why the ＂collectivity＂ of college students decreases and countermeasures is one of great tasks in the improvement of students＇ administra- tion. The collective consciousness of college students is the internal need of their growing and success, is the important measure of practices of education for all--round development, and is the necessary demand of the cultivation of social team--sprits.
