摘要
[目的]探讨大黄芒硝外敷结合中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性包块临床疗效。[方法]57例盆腔炎性包块患者,随机分为观察组29例和对照组28例。两组均采用中药保留灌肠治疗。观察组在此基础上加用自制的大黄芒硝袋敷下腹。[结果]观察组痊愈21例,好转6例,总有效率92.1%,对照组痊愈13例,好转6例,总有效率67.86%。观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]大黄芒硝外敷结合中药灌肠对盆腔炎性包块有显著疗效,治愈率高,不失为一种理想的治疗方法。
[Objective]To discuss the effective method for pelvic inflammation mass.[Method]All 57 cases were randomly divided into observation group（29cases）and control one（28 cases）;both of them were treated with Chinese medicine retention enema;thereon the observation group was added with self-regulating rhubarb glauber＇s salt bags.[Result]The observation group was better than control one on cure effect.[Conclusion]There is remarkable effect in curing pelvic inflammation mass by rhubarb glauber＇s salt combined Chinese medicine retention enema,with high cure rate,being an ideal method.
