综述了临床实习环境的概念、评估工具、国内外研究进展以及展望,旨在为今后研究临床实习环境对护生的影响提供信息和方向。
It summarized the concept,assessment tool,research progress and prospects of the clinical practice environment both in abroad and at home,so as to provide some information and directions for studying the clinic practice environment on impacts of nurses from now on.
