摘要
建立了大直径圆筒仓结构的计算模型,运用力法方程进行了计算,分别研究了圆筒仓结构在贮料压力作用和温度变化作用下产生的边缘受力效应,得到了相应的边缘效应沿仓壁高度的分布曲线.分析比较表明:高壁深仓结构仓壁上的边缘效应随仓壁高度的增加衰减很快,温度作用产生的边缘效应是物料载荷作用产生的边缘效应的3倍.在高壁深仓结构工程设计中应当加强仓壁的边缘约束构件,并应重视温度作用在仓壁上产生的效应.
The computation model of large diameter cylindrical silo structure was established and calculated with force method equation. The edge stress effects caused from the pressure of the feed material and the change of ambient temperature for the cylindrical silo structre were studied and corresponding effect distribution drawing obtained respectively. The analysis and comparison show that the edge effect for the deep silo with high wall structure decreases rapidly with the rising of the silo wall height, and the effect due to the temperature change is 3 times that of the load of the feed material. While designing deep silos with high walls, it is imperative to strengthen the constraint elements at the edge and the effect to the silo wall caused by temperature should be attention.
