构建"学习型"、"创新性"、"服务型"、"廉洁型"的高校纪检监察干部队伍,是新形势下提升高校纪检监察干部队伍执政能力建设的需要,并为推进高校反腐倡廉建设,在围绕中心、服务大局中促进教育事业发展,提供坚强有力的组织保证和政治保证。
Constructing a learning-typed, service-typed, innovative and incorruptible team of discipline inspecting and supervising cadres in universities is the demand for raising the governing capability of the university＇s discipline inspecting and supervising cadres in the new period and will provide a powerful guarantee for fighting corruption and advocating a clean governance so as to promote the development of education.
