摘要
在施工过程中经常出现由于合同内容的不正确或是不完善给建设方带来损失。合同管理是工程管理的重要组成部分,高校作为工程建设项目的投资方和使用方应该建立全过程的、系统的、动态的合同管理。这样才能避免日后不必要的纠纷和损失。通过介绍高校合同管理的形式和现状,对如何进行合同管理提出一些建议。

Being a part of a project the university should set up a comprehensive, Systematic and dynamic management of contract; theretore, the unnecessary, disputes and the loss Can be avoided in the future. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to put the management of contract into operation through a brief introduction to forms anti current situations of tile management of eontract in universities.
