摘要
高校科学研究基金在高校科研工作中发挥了人才培养和增强学校实力的作用。结合茂名学院校级科学研究基金管理工作的十年实践,指出了基金管理中存在的问题,提出了对策与建议,对指导科研计划管理工作以及提高科研工作的效率和效益具有积极意义。
University scientific research foundation plays the role of talent training and strengthening school in university research work. Combining with a decade of fund management practices of Maoming University, this paper pointed out the problems in fund management and proposed countermeasures. It is positive to guide the management of research projects and to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of research work.
