摘要
外资企业文化与大学文化是两种不同的文化。经济全球化及其在产业上出现的分工,是外资企业的产生及由此形成外资企业文化的起缘,我国大学毕业生在外资企业就业面临两种文化的冲突。外资跨国公司将母公司企业文化融入当地的本土文化中,是外资企业文化本土化战略的基本特征。大学校园文化具有发展性、多元性、创新性的特征。在越来越多的人才进入外资企业的形势下,我国大学校园文化的发展显得滞后,人才培养与经济社会发展间的不和谐以及高校的一些毕业生在外资企业所产生的文化冲突或困惑不可避免。需要借鉴外资企业文化建设的特点,重新确立大学校园文化建设的内涵。
Foreign enterprise culture and campus culture differ from each other. Foreign enterprises are the results of the global transformation and division, the origin of the enterprise culture, which brings about the dilemma the Chinese university graduates have to face while working in foreign enterprises. To assimilate the enterprise culture with local culture is the strategy taken by foreign investment enterprises. In contrast, campus culture is characterized by development, pluralism and innovation. The setback campus culture development, the imbalance between talents cultivation and social economic development as well as the bewilderment of university graduates working in foreign enterprises render the inevitable conflict. In the view of this, this paper discusses the related problems for the characteristics, functions and differences for the foreign investment enterprises culture and campus culture, and considers rationally on how to construct the campus culture.
