摘要
从人本管理的角度,在深刻认识人在林业生产经营活动中的作用的基础上,突出人在森林资源管理中的地位,深刻认识人的本性,尊重人的宗教信仰和民族文化,建立以人为本的管理机制,实现以人为中心的森林资源管理,逐步解决森林资源管理中存在的问题,提高森林资源管理效果。
On the people-management perspective, base on the profound understanding of people's importance in the forestry resources management, give prominence to people status in forestry resource management, understand profoundly human essence, respect people's religious beliefs and culture, establish people-oriented management mechanism to achieve people-centered forest resources management, solve gradually the problems and improve effectiveness of forest resource management.
