摘要
采用蒙特卡罗程序EGSnrcMP模拟软件的用户代码DOSXYZnrc模拟计算了能量为4.0MeV在聚苯乙烯材料的三维剂量分布;计算了在2.5-4.0 MeV能量范围内电子在聚苯乙烯材料和水中的剂量深度分布;计算了不同电子束射野大小对剂量分布的影响.计算的结果以绝对剂量的形式给出,误差在1%以内.该程序能够提供优化电子束辐射加工工艺的一种高效实用的理论估算方法.
The three-dimensional dose distribution in polystyrene were calculated by the simulation based on the user code DOSRZnrc of the latest version of the EGSnrc a new EGS4 version EGSnrcMP Monte Carlo code system with 4MeV initial electron energy.And the depth dose distribution in polystyrene and H2O were calculated with 2.5-4MeV initial electron energy.And the effects of different electron beam sizes on absorbed dose were calculated too.The dose was given by absolute dose(Gy·cm^2).The calculation uncertainty was controlled within 1%.This kind of work proposes a useful theoretical tool for optimizing technology of electron radiation processing.
