广东电网自动发电控制功率调节分配因子的数学建模 被引量:3

摘要 由于水电、火电、抽水蓄能等不同类型机组的容量和调节速率不同,当水电、火电机组一起联合参与自动调节时,将会导致调节功率分配不科学,进而引起控制性能标准(Control perfor mance standard,CPS)合格率下降,对机组安全运行不利。为此,对广东电网自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)机组的功率分配进行了深入的研究,利用美国电气电子工程师学会(Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers,IEEE)推荐的区域负荷频率控制模型,对广东电网及其周边电网AGC控制策略进行了精确的建模,并对汽轮机、水轮机的数学模型及其调速器的数学模型进行详细的研究。仿真计算结果表明,该模型有效可行。 Because of the different plant capacity and regulation speed for hydro power, thermal power and pumped storage power, when different types of plants join automatic regulation, the distribution of power control is unscientific, which brings the decline of control performance standard(CPS) qualification rate and the disadvantage for safe operation of power unit. Therefore, the power distribution of automatic generation control (AGC) plants in Guangdong power grid is thoroughly studied. By use of the model of area load frequency control recommended by Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers(IEEE), the accurate model for AGC control strategy of Guangdong power grid and circumjacent grids is advanced. The mathematical modelings of steam turbine, hydraulic turbine and speed governor are researched in detail. Simulation calculation results show that the model is effective and feasible.
