摘要 胶体金标记免疫层析技术作为一种新型的免疫学快速诊断和检测技术,不仅具有敏感、特异、便捷、快速等特点,而且适合基层和现场使用。目前,该技术已应用在动物源性食品安全与质量控制方面。文章综述了该技术的基本原理,并且着重介绍了免疫胶体金技术在动物源性食品的应用现状和遇到的问题及发展前景。 Colloidal Gold Immunochromatographic Assay (GICA) is a new rapid diagnostic and testing technology in immunology, which is not only sensitive, specific, convenient, fast, etc., but also suitable for grass-roots and on-site use. At present, the technology has been used in animal-derived food safety and quality control. This article reviewed the basic principle of the technology, focusing on the application statu and the encountered problems and the prospects for development developing prospects of GICA on animal-derived food.
