摘要
实时定量PCR(Real-time Quantitative PCR,RQ-PCR)凭借其特异性强、定量准确和速度快等优点已经成为快速检测和研究植物真菌病害的重要工具。文章就这项技术在植物真菌病原菌定性和定量检测、土壤栖息的植物真菌病原体和寄主组织中真菌DNA的定量检测等方面的应用研究进行了综述。大量研究表明,快速发展的实时定量PCR技术正在开创一个植物真菌病害的诊断学、传染病学和寄主-病原体相互作用研究的新领域。
Real-time Quantitative PCR (RQ-PCR) has become an important tool for rapidly detecting and studying fungal plant disease depending on its high specificity, exact quantitation and fast speed. The article reviewed this technology application in detection of fungal plant disease, including pathogenic bacterium qualitative and quantitative detection of fungal plant disease, fungal DNA quantification in host tissue and soil-inhabiting fungi. These studies showed that rapid growth RQ-PCR was opening a new research opportunity for the study of diagnosis, epidemiology and host-pathogen interactions.
