摘要
分析了半波长SIR-BPF的基本结构、谐波特性和在谐波抑制中的应用问题,重点探讨了不同阻抗比结构的SIR-BPF阻抗比的选择应该遵循的原则问题。然后用两种设计方式(相同阻抗比的SIR和不同阻抗比的SIR)实现了宽阻带带通滤波器的设计,第一次杂散响应在2.5f0以上。最后利用ADS2008软件对设计实例进行了仿真和优化,版图的实现为实物制作的提供了可行性。
The problem of the basic structure,harmonic characteristics of the half-wavelength SIR-BPF and its application in harmonic suppression are analyzed in this article.Focusing on the structure of different impedance ratio,this paper discusses the choice principle of the impedance ratio in SIR-BPF design.After analysising of application in harmonic suppression,performance index of the design wide stopband band-pass filter that the first spurious response is more than 2.5f0,is achieved in two manner,using SIR with the same impedance ratio and the different.Finally,the design example is simulated and optimized by the ADS2008,which provide the feasibility for the physical Production.
