摘要
目的:分析本院降糖药的用药情况和变化趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对本院2006—2008年药库出库药品种类和销售金额进行分析。结果:降糖药的销售金额呈逐年上升趋势。噻唑烷二酮类上升趋势明显,胰岛素及其衍生物的发展有良好的前景。结论:本院降糖药的使用基本合理。
Objective：To evaluate the status and developmental trend of the use of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital from 2006--2008, so as to provide reference for clinical rational medication of antidiabetic drugs. Methods ： The consumption sum of hypoglycemic drugs used in our hospital from 2006 to 2008 were statistically analyzed. Results： The consumption sum of hypoglycemic drugs has been on the rise every year. The thiazolidine - dione increased markedly. Insulin and its derivatives have a good prospect. Conclusion：The utilization of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital is rational.
