摘要
目的探讨颅脑损伤患者并发外伤性脑梗死的防治方法。方法回顾性分析本院收治的该种病例30例以及采取的相应诊治措施。结果恢复生活自理12例,重残8例,植物生存4例,死亡6例。结论提早预防、及时诊断、恰当有效的治疗,可降低伤残与死亡率、提高患者生存质量。
Objective To investigate the prevention and curing methods for post-traumatic cerebral infaration. Methods A retrospective study in 30 cases of this desease and the ralated diagnostic and therapia measures were analyzed. Results There were 12 of self-care,8 of heavy-disability,4 vegetable men and 6 death. Conclusions Prevention in an earlier time,diagnosis in time and effective therapy can cut down the rate of disability and death and elevate the patients＇survival quality.
