摘要
目的:建立克癌新胶囊的定性鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中的楤木、皂角刺、黄芪三味药材进行鉴别。结果:供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相同的位置上显相同颜色的斑点,阴性对照无干扰。结论:本方法专属性强、重现性好,可作为该制剂的定性鉴别。
Objective：To establish a method of TLC identification of KeAiXin capsule.Methods：The qualitative analysis of Aralia,Spine Gleditsia,Astragalus in Ke Ai Xin Capsule was identified by TLC.Results：In the identification chromatography,the samples displayed spots of the same colour and same place as the reference substance,while the negative sample did not.Conclusion：This method is specific and reproducible,and can be used as the qualitative analysis of Aralia,Spine Gleditsiae,Astragalus in Ke Ai Xin Capsule.
