摘要
惠州合生国际大厦是结构总高度为210m的49层B类超高层建筑,本着"安全可靠、经济合理"的原则,在结构方案设计阶段,对该工程基础型式和主楼结构体系进行了多方案比选,从而控制工程造价,降低业主的投资成本。
Huizhou International Hotel is a super-tall building with 49 floors and 210m height. At the stage of its plan design,the alternative types of the foundation and structure are compared,according to the rule of the safe and economic. As a result,the construction cost is rationally decreased for the owner.
