文章阐述了图书资料系列初、中级专业技术职称以考代评制,分析以考代评制的实质和优势以及如何完善以考代评制。
This article expounds the system of the substituting-examination-for-evaluation of the professional titles for librarians and reference personnel series, makes an analysis of the essence and advantages of the system and the problem of how to improve the substituting- examination- for-evaluation system.
