T形结构焊接弯曲变形火焰矫正工艺分析 被引量:6

摘要 T形结构组焊后常由于焊缝的纵向或横向收缩引起弯曲变形,生产中一般采用火焰矫正法矫正弯曲变形。然而火焰矫正工艺参数较为复杂,且不易控制,因此矫正效果不理想。本文主要研究了火焰矫正加热温度、加热面积、加热位置等工艺参数对火焰矫正量的影响。选择材料为Q235B钢,底板尺寸为600mm×100mm×4mm,肋板尺寸为100mm×50mm×4mm的T形结构焊接弯曲变形构件进行火焰矫正。试验结果表明,火焰矫正温度对矫正效果影响较大,火焰加热面积随变形量的变化而变化,在相同火焰矫正工艺条件下,T形结构焊接弯曲变形以加热面积为25mm×100mm矫正效果为最好。 T-shaped structure of welding would bring bended deformation due to contraction of the vertical or horizontal.The production of T-shaped structure commonly used flame correction.However process parameters of the flame correction was more complicated and more difficult to control,so the result was not effect of satisfying.This paper studied the corrected flame process parameters on the correction amount of the flame,such as temperature,heating area,heating location etc.It was carried on experimental correction for the flame with materials of Q235B whose size was 600 mm× 100 mm× 4 mm and the reinforcement plate whose size was 100 mm× 50 mm× 4 mm,welding of T-shaped structure turned to bending deformation.The results showed that flame temperature of the correction had more impact for the correction amount of the flame,and the larger area of flame heating area was,the bigger correction amount of the flame.With the same flame correction process,it was best correction for the welding bending of T-shaped structure with the heating area of 25 mm×100 mm.
