摘要
综述了TiO2纳米薄膜光催化剂制备方法的最新进展,讨论了传统技术的新发展如改进的溶胶-凝胶法和微波辅助沉积法,同时也详述了水热溶剂热法、原位生长法及自组装法等新型制备技术,最后提出了TiO2纳米薄膜制备技术今后的发展方向。
In this review, the latest advances in research on fabrications of titanium dioxide nano film photocatalyst are summarized. Improvements of traditional techniques such as modified sol-gel method and microwave assisted deposition are discussed. Several novel preparing techniques including hydrotherrnal solvothermal technique, self-as-sembly and in situ synthesis are also explained in detail. Suggestions for future research are put forward last.
