摘要
应用核糖体DNA内转录间隔区(ITS)序列分析技术从47株临床分离的犬源真菌中鉴定出一株近平滑念珠菌,对其部分生物学特性进行研究。结果显示,该菌株在沙堡氏培养基上形成白色奶油状菌落,菌体呈典型酵母菌形态。腹腔接种小鼠出现脏器病变并回收到该菌,而皮肤接种小鼠未出现病变。药敏试验显示,该菌株对制霉菌素高度敏感,对两性霉素B、伊曲康唑和酮康唑中度敏感,对氟康唑耐药。ITS区基因序列分析表明,该菌株与人源近平滑念珠菌高度同源;系统进化分析表明,该菌与日本的人源分离株遗传关系较近。
A strain of Candida parapsilosis from dog was identified from 47 fungal strains by the sequence analysis of ribosomal DNA internal transcribed spacer(ITS),and some biological characteristics of the strain were studied.The result showed that the isolate formed creamy white colonies on Sabouraud's medium and its thallus presented typical yeast forms.Organ lesions appeared among the mice with intraperitoneal inoculation,from which fungus was recovered,while lesions did not occur in mice with skin inoculation.Susceptibility test indicated that the strain of C.parapsilosis was highly sensitive to nystatin,moderate sensitive to amphotericin B,itraconazole and ketoconazole and resistant to fluconazole.Sequence analysis of the ITS region showed that the isolate was highly homologous to the strains isolated from human,and phylogenetic analysis suggested that it had a close genetic relationship with the strains isolated from human in Japan.
