摘要
利用COM实现了GPS和GIS组件之间的数据传递、接收和解码问题,解决了接收器与连接点连接的方法问题。设计了短消息解码方法,解决了base64的编码形式的数据解码。
The paper realizes the transmission, reception and decoding of data between GPS module and GIS module using COM component, designs the connection means between the receivers and connection points and works out a SMS-based decoding method to facilitate the decoding of data in base64 formula.
